Gain balance and stability: Our coaches implement procedures that target stability and balance. This improves shot power and accuracy, two of the most important skills in the sport.

Increase first-step quickness: Cover the court quickly by implementing speed specific training.  Indoor Sports trains on proper movement and function to allow you to get to the ball from anywhere on the court.
